  You, as the owner, are entitled to use the apartment for temporary accommodation for 14 days a year by selecting the dates of your stay in advance, provided that the apartment is vacant and not under reservation for the period of your choice.

  Will I have the right to own the apartment?

  Yes, you will be the legal owner of the apartment at GoldMine, as soon as it comes into use.

  How do I make a profit from owning apartments?

  GoldMine pays you a guaranteed steady income of $ 200 / m² area of apartments.

  For example: 32 sq.m. x 200 $ = 6400 $ / year (fixed income per year). This amount is broken down into 4 quarters, paid in equal installments. We guarantee you a stable income, regardless of occupancy or other factors.

  All care with the service takes care of management company. Included in the price of apartments includes the use of the SP center.

  Is it possible to redevelopment apartments?

  No, redevelopment is not possible.

  What are the management conditions?

  The management company is responsible for cleaning, maintenance of the complex, hotel service, and all services required for the maintenance of your apartment in your absence, as well as utilities, reservations for the duration of the management contract.

  What is included in the price of the apartment?

  You invest in renovated apartments. Standard equipment includes also everything you need for a comfortable life: furniture, crockery, bedding, home appliances, decorative accessories.

  When is the building going to be finished?

  The object is planned to be put into operation till the 31st of January 2022.

  What is the term of the agreement with the management company?

  The management contract is signed by the owner with the management company for 5 years with the possibility of further prolongation.
